India is home to about
150 million Indian Muslim populations which is the second largest
Muslim population in the world next to Indonesia.
The month long of fasting
ended with the sighting of Moon and the next day on 21st
Sep Eid was celebrated with usual religious fervor in Mumbai. At
early morning thousands of Muslims filled the streets near Minara
Masjid in Masjid,Mumbai to offer their Namaz ( Prayers). Muslims
dressed in Traditional Shervani greeted each other after the namaz
was over.
It was always my wish to
cover through my lens the Ramzan festival and this time it was
